One of biedermann's family had beean a bürgermeister of Pforzheim. He joined the Jungvolk in 1938 and by 1944 he was a Hitler youth Jungzugführer.“'' |

Wilhelm Maxeiner was acquitted owing to insufficient evidence. Stephan Paetzold says however, that eyewitnesses are still alive who confirm that it was Maxeiner who struck Vinall the blow that first forced him to his knees.“'' |

James William Vinall (gest. 18. März 1945 in Pforzheim-Dillweißenstein)[1] gehörte zu den Opfern der Erschießung britischer Flieger in Huchenfeld.
Geschichte
Tony Redding erklärt in seinem Buch Bombing Germany: The Final Phase: The Destruction of Pforzheim and the Closing Months of Bomber Command's War:„Vinall was shot by a 16-year-old-boy, Gerd Biedermann (1928-1999), the Hitler youth leader admitted that he had given Vinall the "coup de grace" (Gnadenschuß) shooting him in the back of the head.
